I rec'd an email yesterday morning that my tickets were on the way...turns out it was an RFID Camping Decal. Has anyone else received one? You stick it on the driver's side windshield to enter the campground but won't receive the camping wristbands until you arrive (and show your festival wristband). The insert says:
"Your RFID decal will serve as your entry to the camping area. Prior to arrival, please apply the sticker to the exterior driver side windshield..."
Then it says:
"Upon arrival...please have your festival RFID wristbands readily available. Each person in your vehicle must be able to show a valid Firefly wristband in order to camp on site.
You will receive separate camping wristbands upon arrival..."
The way I read this, the camp wristbands will be distributed by car upon arrival so I'd get just the one for me since I'm driving in alone. I know a lot of folks are buying/selling/giving away camp wristbands so not sure how this arrangement will impact those people/transactions. I was planning to swap for help with my tent or beer/give away my "extras."
