Of Monsters and Men is pretty much a guaranteed No, since their tour takes them to Germany the same weekend as Firefly.

Daft Punk has signed with Columbia Records and the new album will be out in the spring.
Could be worth keeping an eye on them

Red Frog put out the money last year for really good headliners. This year I think they plan on doing the same thing. Daft Punk could be out of their range but you never know. They would be a massive draw on Friday or Saturday night. Plus, having Daft Punk in just your second year would put Firefly in the upper tier of festivals.

IMO that would put them ahead of hangout, OL and jazz fest but I think daft punk would be the only big headliner for that year and they would bring up sub headliners to headline

Daft Punk have indicated that they don't plan tour this summer. As awesome as that would be I think they are unlikely.

Yeah I find it hard to believe daft punk would headline. If they aren't playing Glastonbury I'd pretty much bet my life they're not playing here lol. Stick to the yeah yeah yeahs, vampire weekend, Phoenix caliber.

MGMT confirms new album out in June. I'd say a very good chance they could be at firefly this year

Seems about right for a second tier slot. Hope for the best.

I really hope this doesn't happen but I heard Fall Out Boy is reuniting and they apparently are playing a festival this summer.
I hope it's Warped and not Firefly

Fall out boy is absolutely a warped tour staple. Their fans would riot if they ended up here.

New Strokes album comfirmed for a March 26th release. Could be a possible headliner if they do the festival circuit
